What I took away from this was that to better third world societies they should sterilize anyone with an IQ under 110. But then again, I'm a tough love kinda guy. ;D

So do you think all the depopulation the elites are wailing about is for these people, since the elites seem to be dumbing us down on purpose to bring us down to their levels.
