It seems a gram is selling for $65, since this is the minimum amount you can have in your account. Thus $2000/ounce. But it is free to become a retailer, which our new non-spamming friend seems to be...

Thanks Neuro, I was trying to get our new member spammer to respond. I see there was nothing on the site about buying 1/2 oz, 1 oz, or even 10 oz bars and ingots.

2,000 an oz for Au is obscene.

For any newbies.... Save up the $65 twice and you will just about have enough for a 1/10 GAE.

Note that the refinery and "gold mine" was purchased in late 2009, and while they claim that the gold bars they produce are certified by the Swiss, they have no mention of LBMA or COMEX good delivery bars.

Most likely they are too small time to regularly produce 400 oz bars and instead are focusing on buying gold from others in addition to their mining activities (whatever they are) and selling it at a great markup to the unsuspecting.

Remember even on 1/10th ounce GAEs the markup from mint to retail is only 12% (see Tulving.com's sell prices) - there is not enough margin there to pay MLM participants unless the stuff is way overpriced relative to its melt value.
