I take your meaning, and don't necessarily disagree. Though it begs the question, why in every country are blacks the lower class? A strong case can be made and I think we can all agree that destroying the black family by encouraging welfare moms has been an unintended consequence (maybe intentional) of the welfare system. However aside from blatant un earned handouts blacks are given every opportunity to prosper even at the expense of Whites. Special grants, free schooling, preferential treatment as well as affirmative action, quotas etc. etc.

Women in large part receive this same preferential treatment in the workplace and have (by measure of income) successfully used it to their advantage, yet blacks are still at the bottom despite hundreds of billions spent on and for them here and abroad. Are you sure you meant to post that tripe on this forum??? Do you have any idea how many people have been banned here, and what they were allowed to get away with before they finally got the axe? The mods here are the best I've seen. HEAVY HANDED?!?!?!?!? The only people that get banned here are the ones who blatantly break the rules. Even then, the mods give them the benefit of the doubt until it becomes clear that the poster is trying to get banned.
