Seriously, grow some skin. This type of shit flies continuously amongst the ranks in my profession. If the shit sticks you laugh about it. If the shit doesn't stick you prove them wrong. You don't go running to mommy to do your work for you. My guess is he got no ice time because he wasn't so good at his job. IMO, race is rarely the true reason your job sucks for you.
