I am a big proponent of primal or paleolithic type diets but most of these changes are things that happen when you finally take control of your life. Of course feeling better and having more energy because you are eating well makes things easier.

Most people have been trained to be in a reactive state and just end up letting the current of life take them wherever. Then they wonder why things suck and they are stuck in a rut.

Taking control of your life is alot easier when you are not in a carb-induced virtual comatose. ;D

Most people watch TV because they're lazy. Having energy thanks to a better diet solves this.

Your avatar is maybe distracting from the main point made in this thread. Seriously, good and helpful thread nunaem.

I can eat all the food I want until I am stuffed and still not gain a pound of fat, as long as I eat the right foods: green vegetables and meat. :D

I even have a 2-pack now.

EDIT: I should have said I can eat greens and meat and eggs 'til I'm stuffed and still lose fat. I can eat all of these things otherwise:
