Jeddah..........Been there, done that, [11/91 thru 12/98] got the t-shirt. ;D

Happens almost every winter, although usually not that bad. It'll be gone in a week or so. There are no storm drains so that's what happens. Eventually it'll make it's way to the Red Sea and they'll pump out the roads where one goes under the other.

It gets really ugly out in the boonies where I lived in the company compound. Better know exactly where the sidewalks are because......... if you step off, it's like stepping into quicksand up to your ass.
