been some incredible archeological finds in Europe and Russia, everything
they find only supports what we already know. There are pyramids in Europe
as well predating Egypt, in Greece, in UK, Russia, Bosnia even.

The thesis is the Greeks took their civilization from Egpyt and that
Egypt was a Black society. So therefore Western Civilization
is based on Black Society. Neither main points of their thesis is correct.

What is amazing it has been accepted by some scholars and even quoted.

The Egyptians are largely Arab today, they are not indigenous to the land.
The Arab authorities long ago admitted Ancient Egypt was not run by Arabs
nor Blacks, the entire ruling class was Indo European in origin. The Coptic Egyptians

I am over half irish based on genealogy. I have talked before about getting my Irish citizenship so I could have dual citizenship but have never finished up the process. I have 2 grandparents who came here directly from Ireland some 50 years ago so I can easily gain citizenship, but since Ireland has gone to hell thanks to the EU I just haven't been in a rush.

After the work was complete the mummy was returned in a hermetically sealed casket, and it has remained hidden from public view ever since, concealed in the bowels of the Cairo Museum. The results of the study were published in a lavishly illustrated work, edited by L. Balout, C. Roubet and C. Desroches-Noblecourt, and titled La Momie de Ramsès II: Contribution Scientifique à l'Égyptologie (1985).

Professor P. F. Ceccaldi, with a research team, studied some hairs from the mummy's scalp. Ramesses II was 87 years-old when he died, and his hair had turned white. Ceccaldi determined that the reddish-yellow color of the hair was due to a dye with a dilute henna solution. As we saw earlier, many Egyptians dyed their hair, and this personal habit was preserved by the embalmers. However, traces of the hair's original color remained in the roots. Microscopic examinations showed that the hair roots contained natural red pigments, and that therefore, during his younger days, Ramesses II had been a red head. Analysis concluded that these red pigments did not result from the hair somehow fading, or otherwise being altered after death, but did represent Ramesses' natural hair color. Ceccaldi also studied the cross-section of the hairs, and determined from their oval shape, that Ramesses had been "cymotrich" (wavy-haired). Finally, he stated that such a combination of features showed that Ramesses had been a "leucoderm" (white-skinned person). Refer to the above report.

The Horse, the Wheel and Language looks like a good read. I read Guns, Germs, and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies - and I was quite disappointed. For a Pulitzer winning book I expected more. The author does a good job explaining some basics on the evolution of society over the past few thousand years, yet he makes a lot of dumb connections and assumptions. I hope The Horse... has more to offer.

Why are we in the US taught about the time of the Byzantine empire as the "Dark Ages"? There was plenty of learning going on. Could it be Christianity's war with Judaism? I think so. I like some of Constantine's Sword for furthering this part of the discussion. It wasn't anti-semitism back in the day, it was anti-judaism. The Judean followers were religious enemies of the Christians. It had nothing to do with a hatred of people based on the geographical birth. It had to do with God and morality.

The Irish conversion to Christianity is almost as important as the Byzantine conversion via Constantine, IMO.

The Celtic cross (and St. Patrick) are hugely important during the time of the "Dark Ages". This was a mass conversion of Pagans to Christianity (similar to Constantine). The Celtic cross bears the halo of the sun as a reminder of the peoples' history. The ancient Indo-European Sun worshipers.

What I find interesting is that the occultists pursue the hidden knowledge of what the ancient sun worshipers knew, while its roots are the base for what has become western culture - all the while the people are fed a steady diet of misrepresentations or even downright lies about the people of the world and the history we share.
