Imagine something similar or exactly like what's going on in Egypt happening in Washington or in any city in the US. Maybe it's a clash of those on the .gov dole vs those who are sick of being robbed? I don't know?
In Egypt, at least among the "people", it's a battle using knives, swords, molotov cocktails, sticks and stones but in America we all know that would be a much different story, with those sick of being robbed actually owning firearms and others being much less capable.
Of course the police and the military are wildcards but among the people it's an entirely different story.

There are people making homemade weapons just to protect their homes and themselves.
