What I think.

Love.

Love your family, no matter what, they are all that you have. Even if they don't agree with what you say.

Love your friends, if they are so.

I have none, they have all fucked me.

If yours have not, then cherish them. Treat them as family, whether they are "awake" or not.

I'm not religious, turn the other cheek.

Turn it, but into the left hook.

We all know what the problem is. What are we going to do about it?

Post on a forum? :CS

Take action, shit why would one do that?

Leave the Beast, let it starve.

Do not contribute, stack

speak out, non-compliance

No man has the right to tell me what to do, for I am a man.

It has become ALARMINGLY obvious to anyone who is paying the tiniest speck of attention that when it comes to human "civilization", our technology has FAR exceeded our humanity.

Make this life better?

Get back to what it is to be a living, breathing, thinking, empathizing HUMAN BEING... not just another corporate consumer zombie clown. Remember what it means to love your m'fuckin' neighbor - among other lost-era "niceaties".

Follow the 10 commandments.

Ostracize the elite. (banks, insurance, stock market, lawyers, clergy, politics, etc.)

We need to get back to producing things with honesty & fairness.

This is the first time that I am 100% with Gaillo because what he said het me right on the face with the force of a train going at 235 MPH......... for a long time now I have been thinking the "why" of what is going on and "technology" is the problem.......the very few with the help of technology (the whip) are controlling us.......we are the horses pulling the wagon (which is the nation) which is controlled by whip.......I hope that someday we are able to live like we did 200 years ago (and the adds are that we will).

He recommends deadlifts. It's a little known secret that the key to yoga, is deadlifts. They will never admit it, but their testosterone levels remain low if deadlifts are not part of the program, and that's the reason why.

I had asthma, but I played football for two years as the first string right guard. Then, instead of going to varsity, I quit and went to cross country and ran 5-10 miles everyday with an inhaler in my sock. When I was in the gym in high school, I was able to squat 300x3 but I could only bench 150-185xReps. I had to prove to myself that I was not weak because of my asthma. I am a mostly torso/legs kind of person. I am only average height as well. Even so, when I played football, I was on all the special teams as well as a first string right guard in every game, and I would hit people with my head first. I was the only person in my two years of football to crack his helmet on someone, and I gave several opponent minor concussions via headbutts. Then all through college, the only exercise I got was hiking and off road bikecycleing, and I crashed several times, messing up my body. I probably rode several thousand miles through the mountains and deserts of california, and only crashed a few times, but that stuff adds up.

That was my early life, it sets the stage for this accident:

Finally, after falling and recovering several times, I found myself riding around the rose bowl on a sunday afternoon a few years ago. I was riding my bike on the downhill there and I actually collided with a rusty brown chain that was strewn across the path. The grass behind it was dead and the chain was rusty brown, so I didn't see anything until the last second. I am supposed to have better than perfect vision, and I missed this, and I fucked up my body really hard. It cut a line across both biceps, because my arms were out in front me of me on the handlebars, and then the chain slammed into my chest at heart level and hung me there. Clotheslined. My mountain bike kept going for 100+ feet into the dead grass in front me me. I hung there. I guess that I was going 20-30mph downhill?

Ouch. For two months I woke up every morning rasping for air. There was nothing for it, I did not break any bones. I looked up on the internet, a chart of the cuts a samurai would make. They were in an order and the heart level was where the body was most difficult to penetrate. That is the angle my body would hit, so I got insanely deep bruising, all the impact (that could have decapaticated me at another angle) but I somehow recovered.


There have been lots of therapies that have made me strong again.

Out of all these, yoga is the only one that requires just you. You can do yoga simply by using your diaphragm muscles to stretch the rest of the body. All you do is breath from the belly, and this pulls on the muscles from the inside. Getting into different poses and then breathing deeply will isolate different muscles and stretch them. It is literally a massage from the inside out. I am at the point now where I do it everyday and I rarely miss a day. I did however miss this morning. The effects are lasting and stay with me even if I cannot practice all the time. It feels so ridiculous good to go through a few of my favorite routines.


Forwardbends (about 20 poses, 1-3 breaths each)

Backbends (15 poses, 1-4 breaths each)

Twists (30 poses 1-infinity breaths)

Hip Openers

Arm Balance

I have been doing yoga every morning for a year.

I am currently practicing a routine where I go into various half and full lotus poses.

My body feels great. I am thin compared to before but very strong.

I have just received a green belt in Kung Fu San Soo so I'd say things are going pretty well.

I have also solved most every aspect of the anger problems I had when I was younger. As mentioned in another thread I also used natural medicine to permanantly cure my asthma and most other ailments. Yoga and Massage have completely healed the injuries from the chain incident.

Hope it's okay that I shared that.

That part was when I was young. I had to prove to myself that I wasn't weak, because I was wracked with asthma. I was timid, so I had to prove I was strong. I was being doped 4x per day by an adrenaline based inhaler! Synthetic medicines ruined my childhood, yet they allegedly 'saved' me. Only later would I learn that I didn't have asthma at all, and that following natural protocols would make it go away forever. Getting off all synthetics and curing my asthma permanently is a huge part of who I am today. When I was young I was not afraid to die because of the meds I was on. The meds did NOTHING to cure anything, they just made the symptoms go down significantly for a few hours. My heart rate would easily go over 200 beats per minute and I was sure that I was wasting my life. But the doctors told me if I got off the medication I would die. That's why I was so desperate to prove that I could play sports, why I went from a first string lineman to a long distance running, I wasn't about to not go adventuring just because something was dangerous. I've fallen/rolled down a mountain before, too. I was basically neurotic as long as I was on synthetics because I was sure they were going to kill me early. At age 18 I had my heart rate easily up to 215 bpm at the YMCA on an eliptical machine. I was strong but that's how my body was on those meds. You CANNOT take so much adrenaline (and it's weaponized, no less) and not have it affect you. They said I had to take it forever. Once they gave me advair and it gave me pneumonia 3x in six months. So being so weak, can you see why I might be so compelled to prove that I was STRONG?

Now I have found the most natural strength of my life yet. I can no longer move huge weights statically like before, but I do have a lot of small stabilizer muscles really dialed in . . . and I don't get sick . . .


I have done a lot of protocols to calm down my nervous system, lots of herbal medicine, meditation... I made my life better! It worked for me.

I was an angry person. Angry at my own body. I had no direction. These days I don't have those problems.



The main point is there is usually a way to recover . . .

I was force fed adrenaline for 25 years, ask me anything . . .
