In 2006, two satellites were released from Earth, one which crept ahead of Earth and another which fell behind Earth in Orbit. A SUN B They are now opposite one another on either side of the sun. Over the next 8 years they will cross behind the sun and allow study of the far side of the sun as well as allowing monitoring of magnetic activity wherever it may arise.
