Watching the trailer, I'm not convinced that looks appealing to the mainstream. I hope it does justice to the book.

People with any sense don't care about trains these days, but politicians are pushing these "high-speed" trains hard. It's the new cash-cow and/or part of the globalist's agenda. I have no doubt that they hope the movie will excite the public about them. The idea has been overwhelmingly voted down each time by the public in Florida, but the politicians just keep pushing and spending. The collapse will be here and gone, before the first track is laid, but in the meantime, it's making a lot of leaches rich.

So, they went with Taylor Schilling, instead of the Council on Foreign Relation's Angela Jolie. Perhaps that was too obvious? I can't find a lot of info on Schilling (though the name says it all), but it seems her boyfriend is Zac Efron. Zac's ex is some Vanessa Hudgens chick... I thought this was funny:

a wealthy friend gave it to me. his political philosophy is - he things Bill O'Reilly is "middle of the road".

he also likes the system the way it is - he seems to trust the government, thinks American business is honest, etc.


so my only exposure to Atlas Shrugged is from a friend who seems to use it to justify an extremely selfish philosophy of life.

and the Talmud-Worshippers seem to idolize Rand.

#3 is really about what is happening in the world regarding shutting down the labor force. Along with a bunch of subliminal messages it is pretty accurate. I missed the last half hour so not sure how it ended yet.
