I have to disagree with this discussion about "China". China is not a person. China has fiat central banksters too. If "China" is going to take posession of metals, how do we know they really are taking posession? International banksters in China could be pretending to take posession to manufacture an excuse for price fluctuations, or taking posession for the sake of controlling (suppressing) the price.

For years we have read and heard about China buying treasury notes etc. I suspect international banksters in China buy treasury notes with money issued out of thin air. This does NOT mean the Chinese people are buying them with hard earned wages.
