"Designed to stretch out 33 feet" Meaning what? Stretched out in coil fashion as pictured or stretched out straight?

It makes a slinky coil 33' long like pictured if it is the STD military coil.

I am prett sure that they mean "straight" because not long ago I was quoted at $1.00 per foot....so that 33 feet for $20.00 is a good price.

Yikes. Compared to premium US made 4 barb 12.5 guage galvanized barbed wire which costs 5 cents per foot.

If razor wire is 20 times as expensive as 4 barb bobwire, the obvious question is whether one strand of razor wire is more effective than 20 strands of bobwire.

Granted it's probably easier to install one strand of razor than 20 strands of bobwire, but if the razor wire only comes in 33' lengths compared to 1320' lengths of bobwire, terminating might be an issue as well.
