Nope.
There are no less than four visible clues which identify this rifle, three of those clues are unique to this rifle.
Chad must own a M39, or used to own one.

IMO, and in the opinion of many others - the finest .22 rifle ever made.

It appears to have a feeder tube.

and it's awesome. like rambler said, possibly (probably) the best .22LR ever made. i will never sell it.

Looks like the gun on top is the Mare's Leg McQueen used in the TV series "Wanted: Dead Or Alive". Henry is now making Mare's Legs in .22 and .45 Colt

Note the 'white line' inserts under the buttplate and at the pistol grip, both are clearly indicated in the OP image. Also, the profile of the receiver matches including the takedown screw.
