Whatever it takes to demonize Cannabis, the one pure and free substance that WOULD cripple entire industries.
Incredibly SAD.
When is someone going to stand up for themselves and their family IN THEIR OWN HOME? If you hear a cricket fart, have your weapon READY to defend your Creator endowed, unalienable, Constitutionally protected RIGHT to Life, Liberty and Property.
Although it is evident by the video, things happen amazingly quick, and we can only prep for things to come.....

That is absolutely unconscionable.
I'd have to quit that job if thats what it entailed.

Cold blooded execution style murder is what I saw.
To protect and to serve tyranny.
Only the best!

I wonder if they bothered to continue the search after they killed the guy.
It appears that the police have become executioners. Do they have somebody coming around to do a 'dead check'?
Despite the fact that we're not living in America any more, we are still living in the 'New Americia' and this is it.
Just more evidence that a revolution is in order.

in the video..what did he have a golf club? was he swinging or coming at them with it? I don't think I could do it either, IF I'm in FULL RIOT gear, kevlar helmet, gloves, knee pads and goggles AND I have my weapon Up and AT the draw, to shoot someone in shorts and a T-shirt 10 or 15 feet away from me with a golf club? I guess it's the brain-washed training, ...and the guy was IN his own home (I'm assuming)..I'd like to know WHAT was on the search warrant they were looking for

I'll tell you this stuff gets to me sometimes. I'd love to run into that cop in a dark alley and find out how tough he really isn't.

They are cowards. This man was executed. He was clearly in a defensive posture. Did they even declare who they were, or did he think he was getting robbed?
Not to mention, smoking pot does not break the common law, as there is no direct harm associated with it. This kind of force is a crime against society.
Unless he was guilty of some other crime, then the cops are the real criminals.

The sort of thing clears the decks for home-invaders (the ones without badges) screaming, "Police! Search warrant! On the floor!" as they bust down anyone's door to take advantage of them and harm them. This is a good time for professional criminals.
I sure someone somewhere is saying:

Holly fuck that sucks. I read the article.
1) The Warrant was for the room mate who they knew was no longer there.
2) They forgot to bring the warrant that night making it an illegal search anyway
3) The guy was clearly not holding a gun
WTF?

eh, no big deal; the cop'll just get a few weeks vacation with pay.
If the department REALLY wants to teach him a lesson, they'll give him a few weeks vacation WITHOUT pay!

"Hell, it looked like a sword to me! What was I supposed to think?!?!? In that split second I had visions of this dopehead getting me with a katana. We announced ourselves as policy-men, WTF was wrong with this guy?? At least I got to go home at the end of my shift. And I sleep well at night - I was just doing my job. I LOVE my job! I have the same authority as James Bond himself - licensed to kill. I am somebody. Don't fuck with me."

A short lesson on how the police operated in USSR.
The cops carried ONLY Makarov or TT pistols and one spare clip. No sticks or handcuffs. If anyone suggested that a Soviet citizen may be hit with a stick like dog, this suggestion would be considered treasonable and that person had a real chance of going to jail for this.
The cops could use the pistols ONLY when having to subdue an armed suspect. If the guy was unarmed and violent, the cops had to use only bare hands to take him down. If the guy was armed, the cops had to give a verbal warning, then a warning shot and only then shoot in the arms or legs, no head or torso shots.
Due to these rules quite a few cops carrying pistols had the lights beaten out of them by drunken unarmed mobs. They had to take the punches but couldn`t legally pull the guns.

The main point is that those 300lbs cops armed to the teeth, half of them experiencing roid rage (study the stats of roid abuse among cops) are INCREDIBLE cowards. If you meet one of them when they don`t carry an M16 and protective gear, all you need to show them is a 1cc hypodermic syringe with a half inch needle to make them piss in their pants and faint.

People need to take responsibility for the environment they put themselves in. He should have known better than to live in the same house as a dangerous criminal stoner. If you are going to room with a criminal druggie, don't carry a golf club around or you might just get yourself killed by the good guys trying to protect you. We know what MJ does to a person, it gives them lightning quick reflexes and homicidal aggression.

That's what I was thinking. If I heard rustling outside my door, I would certainly grab a gun and stand there at the ready. How the F would I know if it was a cop or a rapist?
This is beyond belief. I am completely outraged. I can't even think straight right now.

It's terrible this guy lost his life but that isn't the worst thing that happened here. This confirms just how few options you have in a situation like this.
No knock warrant with people armed to teeth breaking in screaming incoherently.
Option 1
Drop to the ground and hope you heard them say "Police!"
Option 2
Arm yourself, fight, win, and go to trial for killing a cop if you're not killed by his buddies
Option 3
Arm yourself, fight, lose, and die.
Decisions, decisions
Daddy always said it was better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

It seems to me the best option all things condsidered is to open fire when you see the cops.

The cops are almost always the criminals. They work for other criminals even if they are to stupid to know this.

I'm floored by this video. This was not a justifiable shooting, not a shooting in self defense, it was an execution. No way a guy standing 15 feet away with a golf club requires lethal force. I've never seen anything like this.
If this is the future, it's downright terrifying.

Anyone got a link to this story being discussed on some cop forums? I'd like to see what the reaction to this is in the police community.

Dude, he had a sword!!!
Joking aside, was that their justification? A bunch of BS if you ask me. The video shows the truth.
I think this video and incident rings home to a lot of us. Swat teams have made mistakes and invaded the wrong addresses before, if someone busts down my door they are going to be looking at the working end of a loaded gun.
Swat teams use the same tactics as home invasions. These cops just shot a man like it was nothing, daily going about business.
This concerns me greatly.

For me I won't kill another human being. This is why we lose this war, because they are willing to do that which we will not do. I guess for me, I look towards the next world. I don't always feel good about it, though.
