There is an interesting 30 minute documentary on GM crops on RT.com.

It is about half way through. It will be repeated at 9:30 PM NY time.

Quite scary actually.

I just finished watching "The World According to Monsanto" on DVD about 15 minutes ago. I HIGHLY recommend it for GMO information.

Gm crops are very scary. Their ability to taint forever, the genome of a plant such as corn is very disturbing.

And the human/animal genome as well. They are saying that animals fed on GMO's can't breed. Pigs don't seem to be able to breed when fed GMO corn.

I remember seeing a documentary called "To patent a pig" or something like that. Basically the story went that when pigs were fed the GMO their genes changed and the monsanto corn genes became part of the pigs gene makeup. Then when that happened the farmers had to pay a licence fee to Monsanto or BASF (can't recall which one) for each pig because the pig had become contaminated with a licenced product - the GMO genes. Was like some kind of Alice in Wonderland story.
