Bet You didn't know that the biggest baker in North America is a Mexican company? Read the labels on their products.

It kind of pisses me off because they don't sell in the US, at least in American stores, all that they make... while in Mexico I walked into one of their stores and you would not believe the different kind of bread that they sell and they are all FANTASSSSSSSSTIC..........most of them are sweet bread which are something like the Hawaaiian bread, the round one?.

Wow I had no idea, I eat Arnold bread almost exclusively, mainly because the ingredients are good (no HFCS) looks like I will be looking for some alternatives.

My wife eats this

Maybe I will start too as well.

I have recently stopped eating any bakery bread and I'm grinding my own flour from wheat berries and making my own bread. I have had a number of allergic issues that have plagued me for the last 10 years and no matter what foods I eliminated it seemed to stay with me.

I feel like a new person, since I started eating this home baked bread and eating oatmeal for breakfast. Time will tell if this is a cure for my allergies as I'm still taking generic Zyrtec to stop the hives and rashes that I have had for the last 10 years.

I blame it on GMO in my food, but I have no proof.

I ;D and :D every time I see a Bimbo truck.
I've never had it, though. I don't think I've ever seen it on the shelves despite the trucks. Maybe it is served at restaurants in the area?
I generally buy my bread from local bakers but I never get any with HFCS so I'm betting Bimbo is out for me.

I get all my baked goods from local bakers--sometimes from the bakery of a supermarket, or I bake it myself. I try to avoid baked goods that come out of a big factory. There are some really good Vietnamese bakers in town who make outstanding Vienna Rolls. I use them for hot dog buns. I prefer 'artisan' bread, which Bimbo doesn't make. I urge people not to buy factory baked stuff.

I'm 100% gluten-free. For some reason I'm ultra skinny now and can't gain weight no matter how much fattening food I eat.
