Two and a Half Men "Terminates" Charlie Sheen.

By Michael Schneider

Two and a Half Men is done with Charlie Sheen.

As the very public meltdown of Sheen continues to unfold, the powers that be behind TV's top-rated sitcom have decided that the actor has done irreparable harm to the show. As a result, CBS, Warner Bros. TV and executive producer Chuck Lorre announced Monday that they were pulling the plug on the actor for good.

The decision gives the network and studio more time to plot out a future without Sheen — if there is a future at all. Firing Sheen rather than canceling Two and a Half Men opens up the possibility of a new star. CBS and Warner Bros. earlier shot down rumors that John Stamos was a candidate, but all options would appear to be on the table. The network and studio already have a deal in place for the 2011-2012 TV season.

The news comes after another busy weekend for Sheen, who launched a live webcast on Saturday night (attracting more than 333,000 unique viewers, according to Ustream).

The webcast, dubbed Sheen's Korner, was a dud with critics and even Sheen himself, who apologized for it on another, shorter webcast Sunday. Sheen has dubbed his web series "a violent torpedo of truth." He is also in discussions with Mark Cuban to star in a reality show for Cuban's HDnet cable channel.

Meanwhile, Warner Bros. hired power attorneys Ron Olson and John Spiegel late last week to oversee the studio's crumbling relationship with the star and to represent them as Sheen, who's got another power attorney in his corner (Marty Singer), threatens to sue.

Now that he's been terminated, a Sheen suit is very likely. But despite talk of a suit, Sheen has yet to file anything — which may be a sign that the actor was still looking for a more amicable solution to the crisis.

Sheenie is a loose cannon, he may shoot a few speedballs and unleash onto the kikedom.
They are busy destroying his career and he may even "overdose" on some shit in the near future.

Buddy looks all cracked out.

It seems Charlie loves the pipe more than he knows, still in denial.

Blasting 7 gram rocks is well beyond experimenting.

I know I'm one of the few that actually watch or admit watching tv around here. I can't for the life of me understand why exactly that show was ever very popular anyways.

He'll show up in pornos or some crap down the road and that will be it.

...who is Chuck Lorre, the man who has enraged the actor enough for him to label Lorre a “charlatan” and his actions “deplorable.”...

...Lorre has also become known for his tendency to make outlandish and bizarre statements, almost exclusively via his “vanity cards.”

All television shows have vanity cards -- usually just a brief flash of the production company’s logo. Since the premiere of “Dharma & Greg,” Lorre’s signature has been a written message where he shares his “personal beliefs” with viewers. While Lorre’s vanity cards are only readable during the broadcast if paused, he has posted an extensive archive of his musings, viewable at chucklorre.com.

During the end credits for “Two and a Half Men” on January 17, ten days before Sheen’s hospitalization for a hiatal hernia, Lorre took an apparent dig at the actor.

“Keep in mind that we employ a highly paid Hollywood professional who has years of experience with putting his life at risk. And sadly no, I'm not talking about our stunt man.”
“Chuck Lorre really fired the first shot with those vanity cards,” a successful television producer tells FOX411. “That’s really not the place for those opinions to be aired. I can understand why Charlie Sheen would be angry about that. No one wins when you air those private battles in public.”

On Valentine’s Day, Lorre added fuel to the fire with this vanity card:
“I exercise regularly. I eat moderate amounts of healthy food. I make sure to get plenty of rest. I see my doctor once a year and my dentist twice a year. I floss every night. I've had chest x–rays, cardio stress tests, EKGs and colonoscopies. I see a psychologist and have a variety of hobbies to reduce stress. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I don't have crazy, reckless sex with strangers. If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pissed.”

Even before he was taking digs at Sheen, Lorre was making disturbing statements.

Too bad they cancelled it. I've never seen the show before Sheen started speaking his mind a couple weeks ago. There are a ton in syndication so I set the DVR to watch a bunch of them. I have to admit it's pretty damn funny. Jon Cryer steals the show but he and Sheen have great chemistry.

I just found out that Sheen found out that he was fired by the news and not because they called him to tell him.....Shenn calls them "cowards".

I'm convinced this whole "Charlie Sheen is melting down" thing is just the latest in professionally manufactured distraction, by the usual group...

It just may be rather than "melting down", Charlie Sheen is simply performing in the role of his career, and for obvious purposes. I'm sure he knows what side his bread is buttered on.

Hollywood always provides the distractions when the serious shit goes down in the world, especially if the sheep might learn something useful if allowed to pay attention to reality too long.

This is a psy-op... same as it ever was.
