part of the problem was offering him a plea-bargain to second degree murder, which he accepted....the prosecution should've gone for first degree...some of the details were he cannibalized the little kid he killed and saved his skull, jaw arm and other bones in a container in his room....sounds like another dahmer :D

The bible is pretty clear that murderers are to be put to death. Makes a lot more sense then victimizing the public again by forcing them to pay for the incarceration for 28 years and then letting him out to potentially murder again. 28 years at 50k a year is 1.4 million. This guy admitted it and they found the bones in his house, no mistaken conviction here. I don't have children yet but if I did I would kill in this scenario.

Because the Prosecutor didnt give a dam about getting Justice for this Father.
What he cared about has having a High profile conviction on his resume so He can get a Partnership or start his own firm.
That Father didnt get Justice....What that Father Got was Business.

Bingo. Justice is a system without soul and its agents are prostitutes. I wish Dad good hunting.

The father of one of Richard Speck's victims said the same thing. He was afraid that he would die and Speck would be released; the patrons of the bar he owned assured him that if Speck was released they'd take care of it.

reminds me of a story I read some years ago from Italy, seems the local mafia boss's 9 year old daughter died during an operation, shortly afterwards, the surgeon came up missing, they found him 2 weeks later in the trunk of a car, according to the police, he'd become so distraught over the little girls death, he shot himself.................8 times in the head :D :D

In a case so cut and dry, it's a flaw in the system this guy is even still alive. Personally, I think it should be up to the family to decide what to do with him. Life in prison, death penalty, or the option to put him to bed themselves. Looks like they are going to fix the flaw in the system, and do it themselves anyway. Good for them.

That beast should be killed, not released. How about an alternative justice system? If many people pledge to kill this monster, if they come across him, on a public list? I wouldn't like this man to be within the vicinity of my children, nor anyone else children...

ahh, but they will be SELECTIVE....when the father administers the justice heaven calls for, THEN and only then will the judicial branch prosecute to the fullest....the father will get either life or the death penalty.

I think if that POS gets killed by the Dad (and I'd do the same) he would be the first person the police would be talking to.

As long as he keeps his mouth shut and covers his tracks right, it won't matter. People disappear all the time, no body no crime. If the Dad is smart, that POS would just end up staying on a missing persons list.

Death is too good for him. I`d hire a specialist, a body mechanic as we say in Russian. The goal is to leave him quadriplegic, with a colostomy bag and balls torn off.

After thinking about it - the father violated #1 rule of the Godfather: Never tell anyone outside the family what you're thinking.

True, but I'm sure they'd at least ask him a few questions. He screwed himself by announcing it to the world.

If dad kills shitbag the court case would be a model for jury nullification. Sometimes the law needs to step out of the way of "justice" because justice trumps the law.

And the father got off with probation! Good Job!
Yeah, but with a felony conviction he can't possess a gun ever again. I would not mind having him living in my neighborhood, with or without a gun.

Actually he could own an antique firearm or could make on himself, just not one that had entered commerce.
Now he may have to give up some things to do that.

Yeah, but with a felony conviction he can't LEGALLY possess a gun ever again. I would not mind having him living in my neighborhood, with or without a gun.
The Law failed him once before
The Law shouldnt be allowed to fail him again.
He will have no problem being issued a COMMON SENSE PERMIT when the time comes.
