You better ponder how Russians feel. Before the news hit, the main topic on the Russian media was the upcoming Russo-Japanese war over Kuril Islands. I guess it`s a bit postponed now.

Japs want Kuril Islands back, we ain`t giving them back. It was a major situation where a real possibility of war was being discussed.
It`s no longer the case because at this point at least one thing is certain, Japanese economy is fucked for the forseeable future.
