Now that there is some sort of radioactive plume headed in the direction of the west coast US, the near future would be the perfect time to smuggle some of Cheney's lost nukes into one of the harbors on the west.
A dirty bomb or full on nuke. Detection is going to be much more difficult, isn't it?
