Ah, fulford. I believe he's actually referring to the 2007 Japanese earthquake, which was epicentered DIRECTLY under the Niigata Japan Nuclear Powerplant and really messed it up good. It was pretty conclusive that that quake was a HAARP operation. I can't watch this video right now, but I know at least one of his videos is about that particular quake.
