loans made to the banks that own the Fed, are bought by the banks that own the Fed, at pennies on the dollar; allowing them to easily make Trillions from the spread at each step of the way.

I've been wondering about this myself. Some sort of IMF/BIS takeover of the global central banks due to all the "bad assets" on the books.

I have not been able to find specifics, but I thought the FED was signed with a 100 year charter back in 1913. Could coincide perfectly.
