NEW YORK — With his years as governor behind him, Arnold Schwarzenegger will soon return to his acting career with a new animated TV series.

The planned action-comedy cartoon is called "The Governator," according to A Squared Entertainment, a partner in the venture. It will focus on a superhero living a double life as an ordinary family man. Schwarzenegger will provide the voice of the title character.

Comic-book legend Stan Lee is another partner in the project, which will be officially announced Monday at the MIPTV trade show in Cannes, France.

The series is planned as the first stage of a franchise that could also include comics and films.

The rumor in bodybuilding circles has it that he has been able to eat only lettuce for the past 2 decades due to kidney, heart and liver damage from all the androgenic crap he put in his body. I hate his faggy politics but if he manages to get back in shape after all this, more power to him literally. He should`ve stuck to bodybuilding and movies only.

Wow. You can't make this $hit up. He leaves his governorship with California in a state of shambles, and starts a cartoon about a superhero governor. How does anyone take politicians seriously?

Every St. Patrick's Day in Boston, all the high level politicians in Massachusetts hold a Sunday brunch during which they "roast" themselves, including lots of jokes about alleged corruption, manipulation, and controversies that their members have been involved with over the previous year. I am always astounded at how disingenuous it makes them appear with regards to their "civil service", and yet the media and the public seem to get a kick out of it. It's infuriating.
