Yup. emasculated. I like how the guy say that he wrote them back about the hoops. That never does any good, remember the bail outs? This is basketball hoops. Like Twisted says "only thing that force respects is force." The only problem with that is though, is that if you do ANYTHING other then write a letter you will be charged with a crime and arrested. Good luck funding good jobs after that, been there done that. You just have to not give a fuck.

They know this, that's why they are going around muscling in a white suburban town. If they did this in the projects they would have dozens of blacks out in force acting a damn fool, trying to physically fight them. In a reprehensible bit of timing – what with it being March Madness and all – crews from the Delaware Department of Transportation began taking down basketball hoops in two neighborhoods in the city of Claymont that they say are in violation of the state’s Clear Zone Law “which prohibits hoops, trees, shrubs and other objects from being within seven feet of the pavement’s edge in subdivisions.” Owners of the basketball hoops which violated the law – eight in total – were originally ordered last fall to to take them down themselves but those who did not would have to foot the bill for crews to come out. As one might expect, the defenders of hoops freedom from these two neighborhoods were not going to allow the DOT to remove the hoops without incident, as protesters prompted the crews to call in the Delaware State Police to serve as escorts.

there was a newspaper article about a house under construction in Marin about 15 years ago. i guess someone was mad at the contractor. really nice house.

It would be great too see how much that little action cost the guy crying.... heavy equipment lots of city workers there doing the job that 1 guy and a flatbed F150 could have done.....maybe put a note out a week in advance letting them know that they have installed something on city property and if it is not removed - it will be confiscated.
