I have a 5"X16" water filter in my garage and a smaller one 4"X8" under the kitchen sink...........went today to the only harware store in town and the price for the larger filter went from $8.50 to $13.99.......but, they guy ran the price as $14.99 so that he went to check the price on the shelf.......the price did go up another dollar but they never have time to change the price on the shelf, only on the cash register so that he charged me the old price..............that means that in seven months it went from $8.50 to $14.99.

The smaller filter comes in a 2 pack and it went from $4.78 to $7.99.,..............walking around the place all that I could see was brand new price tags all over the place.........by the way, I have 3 of the large filters and 7 of the smaller one in stock.

Glad to say that we finally had a summer like day here, sun shining with a 78 degree temp.

Ponce you are clearly mistaken or just being a troll!

;D

Everyone knows that there is no inflation - just look at the published government information -

Why I bet soon you'll be making outlandish claims like gasoline was not always more than $4.00 a gallon!

(Bottom line, we're boned. A biblical analogy - we're about at the same point where Noah notices the first few raindrops......)

Hunker down - this will be a heck of a ride!

Well, if I were to pay with silver my cost would be of about .86 cents a gallon hahahahaahahhah...but...I'd rather get rid of my paper fiat than of my physical silver.

ON another subject.......I don't know everything, but everytime that someone asked me something to me that's like signs on a city street that will direct me to the right place, or answer......... to me what makes me intelligent is not what I know but rather what you don't know, not that I am THAT intelligent.

I know that to many of you sometimes I write kind of cryptic but is only what comes out of my fingers and not really from me.......when I go to bed I fully open the valves in my brain and let the neurons in my brain run free.........maybe that's why when I sleep, even for ten minutes, I always have a dream.
