Check this out, this guy takes a tiny .002" band saw blade and cuts into coins to make designs and shapes. He created a 52 piece jigsaw puzzle out of a Morgan dollar. I emailed him to see how much one of these goes for, but my guess is a couple hundred bucks, at least.
