I know Alex Jones promotes it a lot, and considered buying it myself, but when I saw the ingredients I realized I'm taking everything in that list already.

If you do get it, get it off of E-Bay since it's the cheapest and let us know how you like it.

spirulina or chlorella are good supplements as grown naturally and you can digest more

I've tried it and it tastes good. Fibery and fruity with rich salts (the mineral plant colloids I assume) Like Gateraid should taste if our society cared about health more than a fast buck.
