Holy smokes, my 82 year old mother got a $142 jay walking ticket

I'm just amazed that a cop would actually give my 82 year old mother a jay walking ticket, and then for it to be $142 bucks.

I'm pretty damn sure that if my mother was a mestizo they wouldn't even have talked to her.
