Radioactive water stopped leaking into the Pacific Ocean from Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear plant Wednesday, Jiji Press reported, after operator TEPCO injected chemicals into the ground.

Considering that the Fukushima Daiich site might as well be located under 4,100 ft. of water in the GoM, TEPCO could be saying anything, and who would know the difference? Simply borrow BP's playbook and play the media with all manner of good and not really so bad news.

The leak stopped but the pumps will soon be pumping it straight into the ocean non stop.
