They will use the price of oil and more importantly the availability of gas to distract us just like they did back in the early 70's

In 1973 people were glued to the tv watching the Watergate investigation and were becoming aware how corrupt the top Govt officials were, Nixon was about to go down with the rest of his staff and along comes gas rationing, nobody had time to worry about whether or not Nixon was guilty but had to worry if they were going to find enough gas to get to work in the morning.

Yes- of course! When these rebellions started up, I wondered WHY the elite would be pushing this. I couldn't put my finger on it. Now I see a very good reasoning coming from LW. They want to create a terrorist enemy controlling the oil in the ME. The debts owed to the Saudis will be nullified. The war that ensues will keep any global forces preoccuppied while the elite control everything. This will finish pushing oil prices up and the beast will step in to "save the world" by opening the US oil fields that are tapped and ready to pump.

1. The Mahdi is set to return, per the Iranians. When he does, the Caliphate will be reformed uniting the Muslims of the ME under one banner.

I agree with you on this point, but like anything else that seems to happen in the world, there are several bobs and weaves.

All of the muslim governments that are facing protest in the ME are puppets. They are viewed as harsh, but not as harsh as they would be under "real" muslim control. ie) muslim control with no external interference.

What I think may be happening is a cleansing of these relatively moderate leaderships which will give rise to a very strong-handed regime. But you are correct in saying that there is a huge segment of the population there that wants something more moderate. The problem is trying to state that in a muslim country without losing your head.

That's where a guy like Adnan Oktar could fit in nicely. For those who don't know who this individual is, he is a Turkish intellect/spiritual leader who spins muslim intent as a religion with no compulsion. He (says) he envisions a world where Muslims, Christians and Jews can all live side by side in absolute peace, practicing their faiths independantly. After all, we all worship the same god (Allah) according to him (supposedly the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob).

He has discussed and has been heavily involved in the formation of the Turkish-Islamic Union, which intends to unite all of the muslim countries under one moderate regime and to live peaceably, side by side with Christians and Jews. In fact, he is in very serious talks with leading rabbinical figures in Israel discussing the rebuilding of the Temple in Jeruselem. He believes that here, all three 'believer' segments can honour God under this one roof, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob....only he means Allah.

His belief is that that is perfectly acceptable, and does not see it as opposed to the Qu'ran or the Haddiths. The rationalization is that when the Mehdi returns, followed shortly by 'jesus', who will come to support and endorse the Mehdi, this 'jesus' will sort out all of the discrepencies of the scriptures and show that Allah is to have our worship. That's when Islam, under the vision of Adnan, I'm sure would become substantially less tolerant, if you know what I mean. ****lose head here**** He doesn't say that, because the vision he sells has no disclaimers. He only shares the vision he has up until the Mehdi arrives, but the rest is not too hard to figure out.

Just to finish up the rest of the story.....after 'jesus' comes in support of the Mehdi, saying that he never was the Son of God and that he never died for the sins of the world (which incidentally, Muslims believe in Jesus, but believe it was Judas that was on the cross. God swept the 'prohpet' Jesus away to his side before he could be crucified), another jesus arrives. This jesus is the Islamic antichrist, who will be destroyed by the 'real' jesus who supports the Mehdi. But Islam isn't violent, so the 'real' jesus will destroy the antichrist jesus with his words, not with violence.

So yes, I think the desire for moderate Islamic rule definitely plays a part in the future of the middle east. But it would have to be a good sell to the hard-liners.

Spect, you are taking the scriptures out of context with Rev 16:12
I always say to know the subject to understand the object.
You need to go back to 16:1 to get what is revealed.

Your "16:12" you are quoting, is for one, talking about Gods wrath after the the beast has appeared. This hasnt happened yet!
Notice it says the sixth angel out of seven. There are only 7 trumpets, 7 vials, and 7 seals total. This 6th angel is pouring out a vial of God wrath.
The mark of the beast is 666, the 6th trumpet, 6th seal, and 6th vial.
The wrath, or Gods anger, is only directed at those who have the mark of the beast on their forehead and hand. What you are misquoting is God judgement. God is not talking about the events that preclude His judgement.

I listened to this entire audio last night and it was quite good but I have heard most of it before on Alex Jones and/or Prophecy Club. The thing that really hit home for me regarding all of this information and has left me thinking that LW may be right on all accounts is the fact that that TPTB are buying up America for pennies on the dollar via the Federal Reserve/Treasury bailouts. It's taken me a few days to sort this out, but I find LW's scenario too messy for the elite. If the Israelis have any say, there will be no takeover anywhere by the Muslim Brotherhood. And the world where oil is $200 a barrel, but there is no oil, and nobody has any money because the dollar is worthless, and where there is a growing awareness of the nefarious machinations behind the scenes makes it a very explosive world indeed--ripe for a full scale revolution where everybody will see they would be better off without the elite regardless of how much they are offered to support them. I haven't factored China or Japan into the scenario, and LW says nothing about them.

I'm inclined to believe that if what LW describes actually plays out, it will fail. People do not do well if they have no way to support themselves. Being in such a condition is an instant wake-up call, and the elite need for people to be asleep in order to lead them into their agenda.

I have a recurring nightmare in which I am being chased by an angry mob (for reasons I am unaware of), and it scares the hell out of me. I take comfort that this will never happen because I've never done anything to arouse the anger of a mob of people. The elite have actually done more to anger far more people that being chased by an angry mob would be just a mild expression of rage against them--and I am sure they have nightmares far scarier than mine.
