A Mississippi state judge has issued an order to public school attendance officers in his judicial district to provide the names of all homeschoolers there, prompting alarm at the Home School Legal Defense Association, which fights for the rights of homeschooling worldwide.

The order apparently is because the judge himself wants the information, as there appeared to be no case, motion or dispute prompting the request.

The organization said the state Supreme Court ordered a stay in all proceedings in the case in which Walker demanded the names of all homeschoolers in his district. The order instructed Walker to explain to the higher court by April 18 exactly what's going on.

Yeah "judge" Walker... what is going on? He must think he is a king.

More and more I'm beginning to believe that equating judges to rapists and child molesters are an insult to rapists and child molesters. The later are often caught and held to some level of accountability whereas the judges simply continue to rape and molest.

My little mickey mouse town has a sheriff and he has (had) four deputies. There was an indictment of two of the dep's and the lady that dispatches over drug charges in the last couple weeks. So the guys that are shooting people and busting up meth labs and grow op's are the same guys that are buying and selling drugs in my county (alleged). One of them indicted was the instructor at the CCW class.

What is the name of this "order"??

I was watching a seminar video last week, long video at maybe 10 hours or so. They talked about things you can do to get "officers" of the corporation (USA, Britain, Australia, Canada - doesn't matter which branch of the corporation) to do their job properly. An officer is anyone who works for the corporation. Lawyer, Judge, Clerk of Courts, IRS, Police, Fire, politicians and even tax payers.

All things issued in or registered at courts has a title. There was this thing they mentioned which causes a Judge to demand from an "officer" to explain why or why not they have done something.

It's called a Notice to Compel Specific Performance.

The reason I mention this is because you can cause this to occur yourself. If you have a beligerent "officer" that you are dealing with you can apply to the court for such an action.

Now I do not know if a court case has to be underway but I do not think so. I think you can take this action if and when you need it.

Makes me glad to be in Texas. We have other problems, but at least I don't need to worry about being on some govt created list because I have homeschooled kids.
