Ninth Circuit upholds injunction against Arizona immigration law
On Monday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an injuction against the 2010 Arizona immigration law.
In its decision, the court concluded that the law, which attempted to combat illegal immigration in the state, could not go into effect because state law cannot supercede federal law, and that the Arizona measure went beyond Congressional intent.

Silly citizens of their States thinking they can govern their own lives, or that they have some right to self determination.
The Feds will decide your fate.....

TERRITORIAL states cannot supersede federal law. CONSTITUTIONAL states can do as they see fit. The APPEALS COURT is not wrong. They are just not telling the entire story (a thing which all courts like to do ... yank everyones chain).
On the money! When well they wake up?
The U.S. constitution makes congress the authority for TERRITORIES only. The Articles of Confederation are for non-territories.
