I was speaking with a Belarusian friend today about yesterday's attack. We were bouncing theories and ideas off why they were hit with a "terrorist" attack.
He told me about how the current leader of Belarus is an enemy of the West and is also on the outs with Russian leadership. Apparently some time ago Russia sent former KGB folks into Belarus to work on destabilizing the leadership. This backfired on them as the agents sent their decided to defect from Russia and decided to stay in Belarus.
He also told me that due to the current Belarusian leader's desire to get income for the oil/gas pipelines coming from Russia through Belarus as pissed off the European elite along with the complicit Russian oligarchy.
Apparently there is a leader in the background, friendly to Russian and European interests waiting in the wings should the current leader be removed or step down from power.

I was wondering, now that Soros' "Remake the world" meeting has passed where the first "terror" attack might hit.
Belarus could be the beginning. I don't care what patsy has been named as connected. With no major bank member killed, nor general, or police chief or other intelligence asset dead - an attack aimed squarely at the people - I immediately think this is an act of terror carried out by intelligence in order to send a message to the people and current government (your leadership cannot protect you). The typical calling card of the date: 4-11 was my initial tip off of such. Double digit dates so often are their modus operandi.

A warning that Belarus is in the crosshairs?
Joe Lieberman, America's most vocal Zionist....speaking on the floor of the house on March 10th 2011:
"As the winds of democratic change have been sweeping now across North Africa and the Middle east, ousting autocratic rulers who have been long entrenched there, it is important for us to remember there is one remaining dictatorship in Europe.
And that is in the country of Belarus."
