I don't like how ambiguous he described the whole process of taking delivery. "I said I wanted delivery but they said they didn't do it that way". I assume he had a contract - what did it say? If the contract said he could obtain physical delivery upon request, he should have sued for breach of contract; if the contract specified that physical delivery was not an option, he had no business asking for it in the first place.

By our law, that's only okay if you post a picture or your rifle at the same time.

You know, to prove you can hold it : )

Did they ever say what company it was? If it was bullionvault or something like that, or an IRA holding, the guy was a just a dumbass.

I have heard that if you demand to take delivery of your metal they will put you off and try to pay you in cash at a 25% premium over the price that your contract specified.

From Jim Willy's latest peice:
19) Such extreme Silver shortage has befallen the COMEX that the corrupted metals exchange routinely offers cash settlement in silver with a 25% bonus if a non-disclosure agreement is signed. The practice cannot be kept under wraps, as some hedge funds push for fat returns in under two months holding positions with delivery demanded.

It must be like a savings account where there are two different types of withdrawl.....one they have to give it to you right away and the other they can take their time, I don't know the exact routine but someone told me about it.......went to my bank yesterday to take cash out of my checking account an I was talking to the manager, she likes me, and she told me that they no longer were giving out bricks of nickels and that I was a very smart person for doing this long ago heheheheehheheh.

Guy in the OP vid is same from the CNBC clip from last Friday (http://gold-silver.us/forum/general-discussion/cnbc-dump-slv-for-physical-silver!!/?topicseen). His not naming who this pool account org is, is strange, meanwhile he blabs on youtube about his physical. Is kitco's alleged physical allegedly in NY?

this thread discusses this, REVERSE RAID ON THE CRIMEX - Silver Targets $37 OZ (http://gold-silver.us/forum/gold-silver-precious-metals/reverse-raid-on-the-crimex-silver-targets-$37-oz/msg189465/#msg189465)

Very difficult to confirm the +25% claim, which I see JWillie is now repeating, adding "... if a non-disclosure agreement is signed", sort of leaves the above average Joe who's properly skeptical of everything, at a loss to verify this claim, outside of its being "an internet rumor".

A leading blog following the claim is http://harveyorgan.blogspot.com/
