Am I free to go now, Officer?

I do not consent to any search.

(Otherwise, only name, rank, serial number and DEAD silence.)

If you had a reason to search - you wouldn't be asking my permission.

No.

If it is cops, or law enforcement then it doesn't really matter what they say, I ain't saying shit and won't consent to search.

If it is in conversation with friends or family and we are debating freedom and liberty it might go something like,

ME: Did you know they can track your every movement and even listen in on you when you are not making a call with your cell phone

THEM: Well if you have nothing to hide what is the problem.

ME: It's not that I have anything to hide it is that it is an invasion of my privacy. Would you be OK with your neighbors putting a tracking device on your car and listening in on your phone calls?

THEM: No

ME: Then why would you be fine with the government doing it? They are supposed to be working for you aren't they? Are they not public servants?

THEM: ...............

"Fuck You... you fascist pig!"

Oh wait, you asked for a polite response?

"Gosh Officer Sir, I've got nothing to hide, so Fuck You you fascist pond scum bastard."

Sorry, my normally calm eloquence seems lacking recently. ;D

Sounds like the LEO is trying to get your consent with those words, don't give it to him.

Personally, I'd say this (in a non-confrontation friendly manner) "Sir, with due respect, I do not consent to a search. Am I being detained?"

"Sure officer, as soon as I can have your cell phone so I can do the same. You don't have anything to hide do you?"

Breaks out laptop, ready when you are.

KeepayoumouthSHUT! Don't agree to anything. Don't offer information. These people are your enemies, and much more powerful than you.

Dont give more then Name Rank and Serial Number.

LET THEM DO ALL THE TALKING

DO NOT GET OUT YOUR CAR........ once you do that at any time they can say you made a "agressive" Jesture and the Officer was in Fear and THAT is why you were placed under arrest.

The Most control you have is in your car

The Most Control they have is outside your car.

Haha, now you are at the Leninist/Trotskyist stage of Judeomasonic dictatorship, your Lenin is here and his name is Chertoff which means in Russian "of the devil" or "damned", I couldn`t believe my ears when I heard the name the first time. The next logical phase is total PM confiscation, inflation and hunger like you`ve never seen it before, anarchy leading to a civil war which will take millions of lives, after that Chertoff dies and is embalmed, then buried in an Egyptian style mausoleum on Times square which will be renamed Red square.
Then a quiet short Georgian with a moustashe and a smoking pipe and one change of clothes will emerge who will kill all the ZOG kommissars and replace them with patriotic Americans while paying lip service to Chertoffism. America will undergo a huge purge and mobilization during which people will work like they never worked before, then onto the war with fascist England where people go to jail for having Swiss Army knives, it will emerge victorious and the word "bloody" will be forever replaced with "fucking". The entire royal family and Rothschilds will be hanged upside down Mussolini style. Then USA will send a man to Mars. Antonio will become the Minister of Culture and Star-Spangled Banner will be replaced with La Marseillaise.

It sounds crazy to the average person, but the main reason outside of privacy that I don't want to be searched is that I don't want to be framed by the criminals that search me.

Good point, happens all the time when a cop makes a stop on a hunch and can't find anything.

"Officer, do you close the bathroom door while you are taking a shit?"

If they don't get it, remind them that there are times when someone expects privacy while doing something completely legal.

Interesting read. We do a fair amount of work in Canada. Quebec mostly now. Was at Baie James for a couple of years during the construction.

Thanks,

That's pretty good, I like this one.

However, the less you say the better. There is just too much left open to interpretation and articulation. You must say "I do not consent to a search". Verbatum.

Here's a worst case scenario...say the officer searches you. He finds something illegal. He 'articulates' in his report that you consented. The case goes to court...you need to be able to take the stand and say, that you told the officer word for word..."I do not consent to this search".

That's all you really need to say. You can say that politely, in a respectful manner, but say it when an officer tries to bait you into consenting on accident, or bait you into saying something that justifies reasonable suspicion.

I would agree to precede my statement with your non-consent sentence. What happens ultimately depends on whether you stand your ground and the "common principle" ground is strong. The goal is to walk away with your liberty unscathed, not win in court.

That was my point. The less you say, the less misinterpretation, the less the officer can articulate your words against you. "I do not consent" You have the highest probability of walking away unscathed by those few words.

IMO, if you have to step foot in court, your liberty has already been scathed because they are taking up your personal time, forcing you to engage in their corrupt and false system.

What I'm trying to explain...is how NOT to end up in court.

You've got to know how the game is played with these guys.

If a cop has reasonable suspicion, he does not need your consent to search. If he batters around saying BS like "you've got nothing to hide", "do you have any weapons, can I check your person?" etc..etc... he does NOT have reasonable suspicion. And, yes, he's out to get you on something, otherwise he wouldn't be pussy footing around with those questions.

Just say you do not give consent to search. That's your best chance of ending it right there. It's clear, concise, and tells the cop in "cop language" you know what you are doing, you know your rights...and, you know what the cop is trying to do.

Anything you say further could 'possibly' give him the reasonable suspicion to search you regardless.

Followup by asking if you are being detained. If no, you are free to go. If yes, he will tell you why (most likely).
