One thing that I would not do is square corners......nowhere........I hope that he has concelled cameras to be able to monitor the whole area......... also, I would dig a 10 X 10 feet hole all the way around the building and cover it up in a way that it would support only 500 lbs.

i would not own it . start with it out of the ground . my place is under the dirt with the front open some . but in a hour it would be closed off also

Egypt.....round corners are stronger than square corners and harder for someont to sneak up on you....and on the roof harder for someone to use a hook with a rope to climb up.......the hook would slide down.
