at first I was like wtf? Why doesn't he just gun it & keep going? But yeah, he probably just felt like having a bit of fun since it was gonna be over soon anyway...and that evo pollice car would've kept up every step of the way any way- and why were people suddenly walking accross the highway at the end there? lol
