China continually takes the wheels off the weather modification train, because they openly admit that they are not just attempting to change the weather, but that they have successfully done so.


Weather modification is real. I mean really, if you had 70 years (since WII) and an unlimited black budget, are you honestly telling me you would NOT try to figure this out?


Look at 1:46 - in plain site - wireless technology (satellites, EMF radiation) is NECESSARY to help push/pull the elements they spit out of planes into the clouds.
