what did you expect it to be... it was in the House of "Representatives"...

In all seriousness, what do you expect out of the old man?

For him to waltz in the Capitol building wearing this?

Normally I very much like RP's words and speeches but this one nags at me. Yeah, he said some very true things and and we all here agree with those sentiments but ....there's this huge issue if OBL and umpteen towelheads with boxcutters were the true criminals in that event. I think we all also know that that isn't the case (fill in the blanks) and I presume he knows this too but why give it any creedence at all? I think he took the wrong tact with this speech, I think he didn't even write this speech and that is why he stumbled over it repeatedly, IMO.

I'll go out of my way to vote and campaign for him but I gotta call'em like I see'em and in this case I wish he'd said nothing at all.

We all know by now that it was not the "toweheads" in any way, form or shape... more like the bennie caps.

there is a rare admission by RP on 9/11, its very scarce on youtube.

this guy is hounding RP on 9/11 saying basically "you have to know"

RP is ducking him, like he is trying to get on his bus or something.(maybe this was on his campaign trail?)

finally RP stops and says flat out "I do not want the controversy"

that was it.

I personally wrote Richard Maybury many years ago about 9/11, including enough evidence, that he became a believer.
the next newsletter after my writing him was "most americans have no idea what their govt has been upto around 9/11"

Anyway, I met Mr. Maybury one time, a great hero of mine.

Maybury and Ron Paul are personal friends (sharing the same ideology), they actually chat on the phone once a week or so.

I have little doubt maybury pointed RP in the right direction.

RP just realized that talking about that issue, would take his already very difficult campaign, and throw it in the shitter

look around you at the average americans (Book puts a lot of nice pics up in this regard)

these are the voters RP wants. (or at least wants to educate)

telling them about 9/11 is a sure turn off, remember all those folks "hooting and hollering" when Osama was killed (for the 7th time)

thats the voting base....

If he and we have gotten to the point that we can't talk to the crowd about truths, is it not time to detach from the crowd?

remember when in the movie gladiator, russell crowe essentially spits in the crowds face.....

first he disobeys the emporer

then he disobeys the crowd.

the mob/crowd has been around for eternity....

you cannot reason with them, maybe part of what makes the internet unique is that you can be in a large group (so to speak), and still retain some individuality (the mob is not as easy to succumb to online, as in person)

RP is a one trick pony, END THE FED

RP believes in open borders, and racially we're all the same. The Doctor needs to walk his ass down Crenshaw Boulevard at night to see how NOT alike we are.

I trust Paul as much as a I trust the head negro in charge. ;)

EDIT - There is NOT one politician that thinks or works in my INTERESTS or in the INTERESTS of Amerikwa.

I never understood us getting into Afghanistan in the first place even if you fell for the lies that OBL was there.

The entire country has an annual GDP of 3 Billion dollars and we spent right around 14 Billion per year over there for 10 years.

Shit, we could have offered a 20 Billion Dollar reward for Osama Bin Ladin's head and came out way ahead and you know someone would have collected on it a long time ago.

A few reasons why that didn't happen:

1. The Unical pipeline needs people to build and defend it.
2. It's good practice for when troops need to get the rebels in places like Colorado and Utah and other difficult mountianous terrain.
3.You could not have a war on drugs with out a good heroin supply.
