This has to be the manliest survival tool on the planet.

It has 13 tools in one, shovel, crowbar, knife, saw...even a grappling hook. I speak from experience, if/when you need to use a grappling hook, you are doing something very manly.

You could use this tool if the zombies come at you, or if your local hammerhead gets out of line...give the perp a good whack with it!

I can't wait to order one, and have put my name on the list (out of stock right now). Any of you guys have one?

The reviews are fantastic, and funny.. one said "Send me into the wilderness with a Crovel, and maybe a sandwich, and I'll build a better society."

Here's where you order one..

It looks like someone welded a crowbar to the handel of the standard China army shovel.

None the less it might replace the Glock shovel and crowbar on my bugout bag I need to weigh them to see, and wait to see if it is total crap by somone that has one.

Wow, it does look like that. That Chinese army shovel is bad-ass. Know where we could get one?

I plan on taking one for the team, and ordering a Crovel when they come in stock. I'll post a review of it if/when that happens.

I was never able to find anywhere I could buy the chinese army shovel or even a western knock off.

I've been surpressing my bivouac making tendencies for far too long.

Nope, not yet mightymanx. No word from that website yet. If/when I get one I'll definitely post a review of it, for sure. Like Glass though, I've been keeping my eye out for one of those Chinese army shovels...was at my local army/navy shop today, have checked them for the shovel several times but have struck out. They do have an Australian one, and a German one, that look similar but I don't know enough about it.

EDIT: I just ordered one! Never recieved the email update, but checked the site again. Estimated delivery is 4-5 weeks. Will post a review when I've got it.

Another use for it solid, tie a bag of lead shot on it and with a rope , you have an emergency anchor! ;D

Well, I still haven't received my crovel yet, so I contacted the company.

It turns out there's a new crovel, with more bells and whistles, the crovel extreme. The company offered to upgrade me for free, even though the new one is more expensive. What a nice offer! That's good customer service from an American company for you!

Hopefully it will ship on Friday. I'll post a review when I get it.

I hope to take the crovel up to the mountains for some manly man time soon. I can't wait to charge into the woods with it...yarrrrr!!!! ;D

Careful those rubbery sailor legs don't cause you to trip over the first log in your path as you charge into the woods. :)

;D Actually what I plan on doing is loading it up with extra survival gear, and putting it in my ditchbag on the boat. (After I charge the mountains of course). If I ever end up going down at sea, I can use it to paddle the liferaft towards the nearest island. Get me to land, crovel, and we'll tackle the world together!!
