Russell Scott (WCT) - The North American Union, once considered to be a mere conspiracy theory has now been exposed by the whistleblowers at Wikileaks.

In this document 05OTTAWA268 (http://www.wikileaks.ch/cable/2005/01/05OTTAWA268.html), The NAU has been described in chilling detail. The document does little to hide the fact that a government conspiracy to dissolve Canada, The United States of America and Mexico into one region has been underway for decades. In government circles it is known as The North American Initiative (NAI).

The document claims Canada will be the easiest to manipulate through "security" and "prosperity" pressures.

The WCT has been warning of a coming false-flag attack within North America on the heels of the "assasination" of long-dead Osama Bin Laden. This attack will be all they need to implement total control over society and the rollout of the NAU.

What's particularly concerning about this document is the open discussion of how to deceive the public into accepting the NAU. The document appears self-aware that its "benefits" are intended as buzz words to sell the public into buying the concept of the NAU.

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), openly discussed the virtues of the NAU in 2007 which eerily mirrored the Wikileaks document in its method and content.

Stephen Harper had been unable to push the NAU agenda as the Conservative government did not have a majority and therefore was limited in power by the rules of the Canadian Parliment. This changed on May 2nd, 2011 when the Conservatives won the majority of 'seats', in Canada's 41st federal election.

"Prosperity", one of the buzz words used in the Wiki document, has in fact been implemented for a number of years: In March of 2005, the leaders of Canada (Paul Martin), the U.S. (George W. Bush), and Mexico (Vicente Fox) signed an agreement called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).

This leaves "security" as the only remaining hurdle facing government in their goal for a North American Union.

In effect, the Government of Canada appears to be governed not from a sovereign Parliament in Ottawa, but run through a Vermont-based political fraternity, which seeks to replace a democratic form of government, with the rule of society by the International and un-elected Council on Foreign Relations.

but they're definitely not eliminating the borders. they are making them harder to cross in person, and with cash.

they are tightening control in general, in conjunction with the NAU plan.

for example, the way they determined who ended up on the no-fly list - about 1 million people who criticized Bush during his administration. Rahm Emanuel has even said that that group of people should lose their 2nd Amendment rights, because they're potential terrorists.

i would say the NAU is a vehicle to tighten control, and that travel restrictions for people and for money are increasing. fast.

Because Canada is right on the tip of being arable land, only the most southern parts are really fit for habitation and have cheaper building costs - the farther north you go the more insulation you need and the deeper the foundation needed due to permafrost.

Really only in the Eastern provinces where the St.Lawrence/Great Lakes trade routes were established. In the prarie provinces, the population is in the heartland. In BC, most of the population, with the exexption of the obvious Port of Vancouver, is in the Okanogan valley which is fertile and temporate.

The United States Federal Reserve bankers are already prepared for a hostile merger of Canada with the United States with the aid of Stephen Harper. The same bankers who orchestrated the United States Wall Street swindle ($12.5 trillion bailout the Federal Reserve bankers swindled from the American taxpayers - as of December 1, 2010) are banking on Stephen Harper winning a majority on May 2, 2011. They are laying in wait until Harper wins a majority and dissolves Canada, the Canadian flag and the Canadian Dollar.

The Federal Reserve’s North American Union Note (sample image on the left) has already been printed to replace the US Federal Reserve Note, the Canadian Dollar and the Mexican Pesco.

Why is the Federal Reserve printing North American Union Notes? The United States is financially bankrupt – thanks entirely to the Federal Reserve Bankers. The Federal Reserve Bankers orchestrated the largest swindle in the history of the United States, and the World, by fraudulently declaring loses of $billions. These bankers fraudulently declared that their banks would fail unless the US government paid them $trillions in bailout money.

Both George W Bush and Barack Obama were willing conspirators in the massive swindle of over $12.5 trillion from the American taxpayers. Because Bush and Obama handed over $trillions to the federal Reserve bankers the United States has no money to finance its social programs, its health care system, the American peoples’ pensions, its military, its government and all of its financial obligations. The Japan earthquake and tsunami added to the US economic woes as the second largest holder of US debt can no longer support the US economy. Japan is itself faced with the massive financial burden of rebuilding and can no longer afford to buy the US debt. China can clearly see that the U.S. financial system is effectively insolvent and is now starting to dump the worthless US federal Reserve Note.

The Federal Reserve bankers have been working for years to destroy the United States as we know it. Their goal is to bankrupt the United States. By bankrupting the US the US government will be forced to dissolve the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights in favor of a North American Union with Canada and Mexico. As the United States is the largest forced trading partner (NAFTA forcibly took control of the Canadian commerce) with Canada the Federal Reserve bankers has been preparing and is ready to force Canada into merging with the US to form a North American Union – one controlled by the Federal Reserve bankers.

A Stephen Harper majority is key to forming the Federal Reserve bankers’ North American Union. The Federal Reserve bankers’ plans for a takeover of Canada in 2009 were defeated in 2008 when Stephen Harper won only a minority government. In 2008 the Feds were so sure that Harper would win a majority that they printed $billions in North American Union Notes dated 2009.

The accompanying article photo above is a sample of the 2009 Federal Reserve North American Union Note. The counterfeit note is concrete evidence of the Federal Reserve bankers’ conspiracy to destroy the United States in order to form a Federal Reserve banker controlled North American Union.

The Note Reads – “Federal Reserve Note.” It has a Federal Reserve bankers adopted NAU flag (blue with 3 white stars that represent Mexico, the US and Canada) above the words “The United Federation of North America”. Below it the Federal Reserve bankers boldly claims “THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TRANSNATIONAL TENDER BY UNION OF THE NORTH AMERICAN REPUBLIC ESTABLISHED AND AUTHORIZED BY THE FREE TRADE AND RECOVERY ACT OF THE CENTRAL BANK APPROVED BY THE U.S. FEDERAL RESERVE BANQUE DU CANADA AND BANCO DE MEXICO” .

The note is a complete fraud. In the United States – The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, … coin Money, regulate the Value thereof. The Federal Reserve bankers’ NAU Note unlawfully eliminates the US Congress power to coin the US money. It is a fraud because it eliminates the vote of the US citizens, the Canadian citizens and Mexican citizens. Its claim of legal tender is based entirely on the Federal Reserve created free trade agreement.

The Federal Reserve bankers claims totalitarian authority over the United States, Canadian and Mexican people. Their worthless North American Union Note isn’t approved by the people of the United States, Canada and Mexico. It is only approved by itself. It fraudulently claims that it is approved by the central banks in the US, Canada and Mexico. Those central banks could never approve such a scheme as they are mandated by the elected representatives of the people of the United States, Canada and Mexico. Several years ago, I told you about a meeting of President George W. Bush, the president of Mexico and the Prime Minister of Canada to form what was called the North American Union. That was a detailed plan to erase our borders with Mexico and Canada, to allow the free flow of people and goods across those borders, and to integrate the three countries into an economic union and then into a political union much like the model of the European Union. A common currency like the euro, to be called the amero, was also discussed. The first step was creating something called the Security and Prosperity Partnership, with planning committees from the three countries meeting secretly in the U.S. Commerce Department. The whole plan was terribly unpopular with the American people.

During Barack Obama’s first year as President, he made one trip to Guadalajara to meet with the Mexican and Canadian heads of state, but this plan didn’t seem to be on his front burner. He deactivated the website of the Security and Prosperity Partnership.

However, in February this year, Obama injected new life into the plan for a North American Union. One Friday afternoon, the time of least media coverage, Obama and the Mexican president signed a declaration called “Beyond the Border: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness.” Canadian Prime Minister Harper then signed a similar document. All three men bypassed their own legislature and did it by executive order.

The semi-secret way these three men are pursuing a continental perimeter with open borders for the three countries was exposed when the Toronto Star published a 14-page confidential Canadian document calling for this plan to be “low-profile” in order to avoid public criticism. Tomorrow I’ll tell you more about this plan for a North American Union.

Yesterday in this series of broadcasts, I told you about how President Obama is quietly, without media coverage, reinvigorating the plan launched under President George W. Bush to put the United States into a North American Union, modeled on the European Union. Obama signed a document with the president of Mexico called “Beyond the Border: a Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness.” Canadian Prime Minister Harper signed a separate but similar document. Obama then posted on the White House website what was called “Declaration by President Obama and Prime Minister Harper of Canada.” It is unclear why the Mexican president was not mentioned. This four-page Declaration announced Obama’s plan to “pursue a perimeter approach” and to accelerate the “flow of people, goods and services” by “expanding trusted traveler” programs. This joint Declaration stated that the Beyond the Borders Working Group, “composed of representatives from the appropriate departments and offices of our respective federal governments,” will submit a “Joint Plan of Action to realize the goals of this Declaration.” All these plans are being implemented without congressional legislation, or even approval or oversight.

President Bush’s original plan for a North American Union created 20 three- government working groups, covering many issues: e-commerce, aviation policy, borders and immigration, travel throughout North America, transportation, energy, environment, food and agriculture, health, and financial services. These secret meetings were working to harmonize the laws and regulations of the three countries.

It looks like the Obama Administration has simply changed the name of the Security and Prosperity Partnership and renamed it “The North American Leaders Forum,” with the same materials and international objectives as the Bush Administration, namely to erase our borders with Mexico and Canada.
