His crying is not for the destitute condition of his country. It is for his own personal victory. He is pompous enough to think he has arrived at the glorious destiny and now can look back in secure majesty at his lowly days of struggle. He is a first class POS.

oh, yeah, i don't doubt that. the only merit i can think of for him is his possible opposition to Obama-care.

i like people who show their emotions, compared to presenting that NAUSEATING happy face "everything is OK in the USA" bullshit. Nancy Pelosi, for example.

one of the Pro Surfers i root for, Sunny Garcia, i like him because he is "an original". plus he's one of the 3 pro's i've met, we used to go to the same gym in San Diego.

he has a little Anger Management issue. he threw a punch that cost him about $1 million back in 2008. at the Pipe Masters, him and a Brazilian named Neco Padaratz paddled for the same wave, and went over the same falls together, and their boards and leashes got tangled. the first thing Sunny did was to punch Neco.

before the punch, Sunny had a wild-card into the WCT top tier for 2009. the WCT gets way better waves that suit his style, all he does is power turns, which he is among the best at.

but after he lost his wild-card, he had to slog away on the WQS. much smaller waves, much more suited to airs. as Sunny says, "tricks are for kids" - he doesn't do airs.

so he'll probably never make it back on the WCT top tier. whereas, if he had not punched Neco, he would have been back in the top 10.

like i said, a $ million punch.

maybe we can introduce him to Nancy Pelosi & John Boehner ? ;D
