If Mr Kurtz feels he has been harmed, why didnt Mr Kurtz sue Mr Gruler for damages/harm? He could have Lawfully filed a Civil suit against THE MAN, not the fiction.....I mean, he does want to follow the Law, doesnt he?
Because instead of taking action for his own rights, he would rather have 'society' solve his problems for him. Which is EXACTLY why nothing ever changes.

this hasn't gone to trial yet has it? ...I doubt he'll get the maximum 6 years....it's funny though, in CA the MAX for involuntary manslaughter is 4 years... :D ...so theoretically this guy could get MORE time than a person who accidentally killed someone :D :D
