Been seen lot's of women wearing skimpy dresses and red shoes... What does it mean?

Are they fishing for attention? The wife is mum about it and wont say a thing...

Who knows. I heard the economy has a few people in a bit of a bind. Maybe they're headed to work...... to wrap their legs around a stripper pole.
