when time after time exactly this kind of thing is reported?

It has to be close to 100% of the time that the person who is mishandling
someone's money or outright swindling someone is a member of

It's very clear why these people have bought up all the news outlets, so
the stories will be downplayed or not 'played' at all.

i have a Jewish neighbor who is doing just that, with me.

we met at a community garden work party.

i thought he was allright at first. we worked together for about an hour. he told me about his idea to transport water to the desert using glass tubes composed of melted sand.

he had zero engineering sense. but he did know a little about the legal process.

during the work party, i made the mistake of telling him a little about condensation and how to realistically get water when you're in the desert.

that community garden kicked me out because of comments i made about Israel on a local website in the months after Operation Cast Lead. as it turns out, it was mostly Jewish members.

and ever since, Glass Tubes in the Desert man has watched me like a hawk on Facebook.

i have a feeling that if i ever do do something with my own, far more realistic, ideas about obtaining water for agriculture, in the desert, Glass Tubes in the Desert man will be there claiming i stole his idea.

i want nothing to do with the schmuck.
