My doc is recommending I take calcium supplements since I don't drink milk (or eat ice cream).

What's the best way to get my calcium? She says 1200 mg/day.

Liquid only. Take it with Magnesium too.

If thats the only reason your doctor wants you to take calcium/magnesium ,then it is a suspect diagnosis...........you probably have more calcium because you dont take these products

Dolimite is the best way.....add it to the garden and then eat the green leafy plants

Dolomite is well balanced but very poorly absorbed. Calcium Lactate is well absorbed. Natural bone meal powder taken with a meal is probably best. Calcium supplementation should be balanced with magnesium, gram for gram. Supplement diet with vitamin D3 5000 IU unless you can get at least 20 minutes of total body summer sun instead.
