This is like in Palestine where the Zionist IDF shot the Palestinian first and then find out what is going on.

Fearsome lawn ornament shot dead by cops.
Concrete 'alligator' looked real and was partly hidden among weeds, police spokesman says
Below:
When an alligator was spotted near a suburban Kansas City pond, local police decided they were taking no chances: They would shoot the fearsome creature from a distance with a rifle.
..But the alligator took the first shot to the head without batting an eyelid, and then the second one bounced off.
At that point, the officers realized the animal was not a bulletproof beast; rather, it was just a concrete lawn ornament, The Associated Press reported Thursday.
Independence police spokesman Tom Gentry said the department became involved after receiving a call from a man who reported seeing a gator.
It was among some weeds near a tree and, according to Gentry, it appeared to be the real thing.
After it was discovered to be a harmless lawn ornament, a landowner explained that he put it there to keep children off his property, Gentry told the AP.
This isn't the only time in recent months that a fake animal drew the attention of local law enforcement.

.In England last month, reports of a white tiger in a field prompted a police alert.
A cricket match was interrupted, golfers were escorted from a course in the area and the police drafted in zoo staff with tranquilizer guns, following the sighting at Hedge End in Hampshire, BBC News reported.
A police helicopter from another county was also sent to investigate.
However, a Hampshire Constabulary spokeswoman told the BBC that it became "obvious it was a stuffed life-size toy" when the downdraft from the chopper blew the "tiger" over.

Looks a little pale. But close enough to something real for the cops to shoot at.

Officers told him a no-trespassing sign would have been wiser.
'Now he'll have to patch up his alligator,' Gentry added.
Would the no-trespassing sign have kept the shoot-em-up cops off his property? ;D

does this mean i should cover up my Godzilla sculpture ?
on the other hand, they might think it's wearing a mask and arrest it as a potential terrorist.
so much for our freedom to have alligator sculptures & Godzilla sculptures.

Gun? jusg don't stand in one place witout moving for to long...or you will also be shot.
Remember some time ago when this two guys were going around shooting at every one? a grown up and a 16 year old kid........the news came out that you should not stand in one place to long and that you should do the tango while moving a lot around a lot..............I for one would do the cha cha cha, that would drive the shooters real crazy.

Where are the cops when you need them?
Killed by the gargoyle she hated: Teacher drowned in an 18-inch pond after getting trapped under water by a garden statue (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1386606/Teacher-drowned-18-inch-pond-getting-trapped-water-garden-statue.html#ixzz1OLDiS3rk)
13th May 2011
A former teacher drowned in just over a foot of water after she was pinned down by a fallen garden statue.
Ann Newton had gone into the garden in her slippers to feed the birds when she tripped and fell into the shallow pond, an inquest heard.
The 58-year-old's blouse became hooked on an ornamental wooden carved tree trunk as she filled a bird feeder.
The wooden post then toppled, fell on top of her and dragged her under the 18 inches of water.
..Mr Lunn said his partner, who had moved in with him only six months earlier, must have hit the trunk as she fell. It shattered, with the large chunk hooking on to her and dragging her further down into the water.
He added: 'Ann didn't like it when she saw it, she didn't like his face. She would say: "It's looking at me funny".
'There's nothing I can do about it now, I'm keeping it in the garden.

WTF???
I agree with this comment:
why does he think it is acceptable to keep the pond and statue, and not even show sadness, he is infact standing tall and proud even, not annoyed, that statue is too light to hold her down, and would easily be able to lift herself out, this does NOT add up, Please don't tell me there is no investigation

I am sure they told the gator to "stop resisting" before they shot.

Maybe they told the gator to get his hands UP while they were shooting.
I think the lesson here, is all it takes is one idiot cop to start shooting...then they all start shooting.
When they interview one cop after they all shot a suspect 25 times. They asked him, "why did you shoot the suspect 25 times?" The cop responded, "because that's all the bullets we had." ;D

That's the scary truth. One wrong twitch in front of the wrong cop and all four will shoot you.

Are the cops claiming the concrete ornament twitched? ;D
What if it was a kid in a costume?
Oh well, better to have your reputation destroyed than be shot I guess.
Parents, be afraid, be very afraid....no reason other than we want you afraid.

[Sep 15, 2010] Tulsa Police originially told FOX23 News the man in Pedobear costume at San Diego's Comic Con conference who was questioned by police was a registered sex offender. Today, Tulsa Police tell FOX23 News, they made a mistake and the man in the costume is not a registered sex offender. However, police say it is disturbing that someone would dress in a costume that makes fun of pedophiles and would give out free candy to children.
Fox23 reporters, Tulsa Police Department, let it be known in no uncertain terms that you are idiots who should be fired from your jobs before you hurt someone.
2010 was a good year for Pedobear.
