The bill plans to make it a crime to link to any website that promotes hatred.

Here’s what the Library of Parliament says about the bill on its website: “Clause 5 of the bill provides that the offences of public incitement of hatred and wilful promotion of hatred may be committed by any means of communication and include making hate material available, by creating a hyperlink that directs web surfers to a website where hate material is posted, for example.”

For simply posting a link to a website that has material someone else deems hateful, you could go to jail for two years and be branded a criminal.

The Internet police. Only in Canada .

Well if it was fairly enforced then yes.

We know it will be selectively enforced on those telling inconvenient truths.

A lot of these types of thought control laws have religious exemptions, also Canada and
other British Commonwealth countries still have truth as a defense, or other defenses,
but the UK itself from what I understand has criminal prosecutions where truth is no
defense, long time ago I read a lady quoted the Talmud and put it out on a flyer, and
this law was used against her in the UK.

I been reading Ezra Levant, who had a famous case, he was a publisher of a magazine.
They did not use criminal prosecution, but other baloney which has now been deemed
unconstitutional. He wrote a book about it and has international heavy hitters on his side.
Like Steyn. These guys are Jewish and they totally went after the thought police and won.

people outside the judicial process where you have no rights, their goal is just to silence

I had to put some perspective on this, so we have the organized Jews behind all this,
they are losing on their own territory, own creations are turning on them, all the press
