Camera and Flashlight sans Lube...enjoy!

Claiming additional authorities to investigate people only further raises the potential for abuse,” Mr. German said, pointing to complaints about the bureau’s surveillance of domestic political advocacy groups and mosques and to an inspector general’s findings in 2007 that the F.B.I. had frequently misused “national security letters,” which allow agents to obtain information like phone records without a court order.

Some of the most notable changes apply to the lowest category of investigations, called an “assessment.” The category, created in December 2008, allows agents to look into people and organizations “proactively” and without firm evidence for suspecting criminal or terrorist activity.

Almost everyday there is news in this area, they are not backing down, just getting started,
this is conditioning, the media does not challenge anything, they ain't doing their job,
most of it is nothing more than enemy propaganda against the target population.

I always mix my shredded mail with used kitty littler. If they really want to read my junk mail, have at it.

also a good idea to mix in mold & fungus feedstock - foodstuffs, water, etc.

then whoever is evil and/or dumb enough to poke through your garbage gets a nice lungful of very fine particulate matter.
